ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰٓ أَن يَأْتُوا۟ بِٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهَآ أَوْ يَخَافُوٓا۟ أَن تُرَدَّ أَيْمَـٰنٌۢ بَعْدَ أَيْمَـٰنِهِمْ ۗ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱسْمَعُوا۟ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَـٰسِقِينَ
“This is more proper in order that they should give testimony truly or fear that other oaths be given after their oaths; and be careful of (your duty to) Allah, and hear; and Allah does not guide the transgressing people.”
Al-Ma'idah 5:108

این گونه که بیان شد نزدیکتر به آن است که شهادت را بر وجه خود ادا کنند، یا از اینکه باز قسم را (اوصیاء بر ورثه) رد کنند بیمناک باشند. و از خدا بترسید و (سخن حق را) بشنوید، و خدا مردم بدکار را هدایت نخواهد کرد.

This will help preserve a proper testimony because the witness will be afraid of the denial of their own testimony by a second pair of witness. Have fear of God and listen (properly). God does not guide the evil doing people.

یہ بہترین طریقہ ہے کہ شہادت کو صحیح طریقہ سے پیش کریں یا اس بات سے ڈریں کہ کہیں ہماری گواہی دوسروں کی گواہی کے بعد رد نہ کردی جائے اوراللہ سے ڈرتے رہو اور اس کی سنو کہ وہ فاسق قوم کی ہدایت نہیں کرتا ہے
