The Cow · Medinan
وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِۦٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تَذْبَحُوا۟ بَقَرَةً ۖ قَالُوٓا۟ أَتَتَّخِذُنَا هُزُوًا ۖ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِٱللَّهِ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْجَـٰهِلِينَ
“And when Musa said to his people: Surely Allah commands you that you should sacrifice a cow; they said: Do you ridicule us? He said: I seek the protection of Allah from being one of the ignorant.”
Al-Baqarah 2:67

و (به یاد آرید) وقتی که موسی به قوم خود فرمود که به امر خدا گاوی را ذبح کنید، گفتند: ما را به تمسخر گرفتهای؟ موسی گفت: پناه میبرم به خدا از آنکه (سخن به تمسخر گویم و) از مردم نادان باشم.
