أَمْ كُنتُمْ شُهَدَآءَ إِذْ حَضَرَ يَعْقُوبَ ٱلْمَوْتُ إِذْ قَالَ لِبَنِيهِ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِنۢ بَعْدِى قَالُوا۟ نَعْبُدُ إِلَـٰهَكَ وَإِلَـٰهَ ءَابَآئِكَ إِبْرَٰهِـۧمَ وَإِسْمَـٰعِيلَ وَإِسْحَـٰقَ إِلَـٰهًا وَٰحِدًا وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ مُسْلِمُونَ
“Nay! were you witnesses when death visited Yaqoub, when he said to his sons: What will you serve after me? They said: We will serve your God and the God of your fathers, Ibrahim and Ismail and Ishaq, one God only, and to Him do we submit.”
Al-Baqarah 2:133

کیا تم اس وقت تک موجود تھے جب یعقوب علیھ السّلام کا وقاُ موت آیا اور انہوں نے اپنی اولاد سے پوچھا کہ میرے بعد کس کی عبادت کرو گے تو انہوں نے کہا کہ آپ کے اور آپ کے آباؤ اجداد ابراہیم علیھ السّلام و اسماعیل علیھ السّلامو اسحاق علیھ السّلامکے پروردگار خدائے وحدہِ لاشریک کی اور ہم اسی کے مسلمان اور فرمانبردار ہیں
